This blog will serve as a way for me to share pictures I and others have taken of the diversity of life in the extreme environments I have experienced and of places I wish to visit. Joshua Tree (Yucca brevifolia) flower just before opening. I worked with this plant, see below, and those spines are SHARP!! Incidently, this was all consuming for me in Spring 1991 and Spring 2001.
